Account & Data Deletion – Dijabox
Delete Your Dijabox Account
Dijabox allows you to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data directly from the app at any time.
1. How to Delete Your Account
To delete your account, follow these steps in the app:

Go to Settings
Open the Dijabox app and navigate to the Settings section from the menu

Account Information
Tap on Account Information to view your account details and options

Delete My Account
Tap on Delete My Account and confirm by selecting Yes! Delete My Account
2. What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, all personal data linked to your account is permanently deleted, including:
- Account profile and login information
- Personal details (name, email, phone number)
- Saved addresses
- Favorites and wishlist data
- Cart data
- Comments and reviews
- User activity and behavior data
3. Data Retention
- No personal data is retained after account deletion.
- All associated data is permanently removed from our systems.
4. Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
- Deleted accounts cannot be recovered
- A new account is required to use Dijabox again
